The subjects of my painting, sculpture and photography contain enigmatic figures, suggestions of fragmented allegories, a cast of imagined characters - alter egos - and the worlds they inhabit in an elusive narrative. I create images that I do not fully understand to try to clarify something that is mysterious. The use of vibrant color combinations enhances the theatricality of the content. I depict a landscape of the mind that has the handmade marks of the material world.
